Miso Soup and Napa Cabbage

1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil

1⁄4 Onion1 Teaspoon of Ginger

1 Clove of Garlic

1-1⁄2 Cups of Vegetable Broth

1⁄2 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce

6 Ounces of Noodles

1⁄4 Cabbage

1⁄2 Carrot

1⁄4 Cup of Hot Sauce

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boiling over a high flame

  2. Add noodles to the water and cook according to the directions listed on the package

  3. Drain out of the water

  4. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat until it is shimmering, and then add ginger, garlic, carrot, and onion and cook for 5 minutes

  5. Increase the heat and add soy sauce and broth and stir thoroughly

  6. Add cabbage and stir and cook for 5 minutes

  7. Add all of the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper as desired before serving
