1 Cup of Dark Chicken Meat

2 Cups of Brown Rice

1⁄2 Cup of Water

1⁄2 Cup of Peas

1⁄2 Cup of Carrots

2 Teaspoons of Thyme

1 Teaspoon of Celery

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Brown the pieces of chicken in an oven

  2. Mix brown rice, water, carrots, salt and pepper, celery, thyme, and peas together with chicken in a pot

  3. Set the bowl over a high flame until it boils

  4. Reduce the flame to low and allow the mixture to simmer for 30 Minutes amd serve
